Preserving the American Dream Conference Registration Form

Fill out this registration form to reserve space for the Fourth Annual Preserving the American Dream conference.

I want to attend the 2006 Preserving the American Dream conference. I would like to pay the:

  • Standard rate ($225)

  • Student/low-income rate ($150)

I would also like to go on the optional tour of Atlanta-area smart-growth projects ($25). (Tour goes from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Friday, September 15.)
I plan to attend the Friday evening buffet dinner and debate (free if you are attending the rest of the conference, $25 if you are not).
I would also like to join or renew my membership in the American Dream Coalition ($250) and contribute an additional $
I would also like to join or renew my individual membership in the American Dream Coalition ($25) and contribute an additional $

We will reserve space for you when we receive payment. If you must cancel before September 1, we will give you a full refund. If you must cancel after September 1, your refund will depend on whether we can fill your space with a late registrant.

To make hotel reservations, call the Crowne Plaza at 404-264-1111 and mention you want the American Dream Coalition conference rate of $115 per night. To insure that you get this rate, make your reservations before August 15; after that date, they will try to provide this rate but it will not be guaranteed.
