		<description>The highwaywman is inferring that somehow all roads will disappear and will no longer be needed if we go to trains.  How silly.  What landuselaw was saying is that no new infrastructure is needed for the bus to run but it would cost, what, say an extra billion to put in new high speed rail tracks so that a minute fraction of the people who will use the existing road can take the train.</description>
