    Huh. I’ll see if I can move the schedule around and buy you a frosty beverage, Randal. I’ll contact offline this afternoon.

    Make sure you bring up the effects of lowering taxes when you are in the Springs, Randal. Water off, no street lights, Councilmembers spinning rapidly to deflect effects on their careers…

    There are plenty of wasteful & ill-used expenditures in gov that can be cut without affecting essential services.

    Big items: unions, pensions, cronyism projects (padding & favoritism), extra admin & bureaucracy, tax breaks, stadium-type crap, needless replacement of adequate capital,interest expense, etc.
    There are plenty of items to cut, before infrastructure.

    Water?
    That should be self-sufficient, based upon per-usage (gallon) fees.

    The cumulative of all state budgets are in deficit & have grown much more than needed. If they had grown, since 2000, at just the rate of inflation & population growth, there would be a surplus, but legislatures increased speeding even more.

    All gov cannot continue this steak & lobster spending, with just meatloaf income.

    {Increased density creates more traffic.}
