Preserving the American Dream Conference Registration Form

If you would like to pay for your registration by credit card (VISA/MC/Discover/AmEx) or PayPal, fill out this registration form to reserve space for the Fourth Annual Preserving the American Dream conference. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card.

We will reserve space for you when we receive payment. If you must cancel before September 1, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel after September 1, your refund will depend on whether we can fill your space with a late registrant.

To insure that you get this rate, make your reservations before August 25th; after that date, they will try to provide this rate but it will not be guaranteed.
