Have a Nice Weekend

The Antiplanner is taking a fall trip into eastern Oregon wildlands and will be out of cell phone and internet range during most of that time. As a result, there won’t be any postings here at least until late next week.

Stratellite is a brand name trademark of Sanswire for a future emissions-free, high-altitude stratospheric airship that provides a stationary communications platform for various types of wireless signals usually carried by communications towers or satellites. A mix of two words, Stratosphere and satellite.
Unlike satellite they do not occupy outer space. Since they fly in formation above trophosphere WAY above air traffic. THus may render both satellite communication and signal towers obsolete. Not hedging my bets, a tower is easier to fix.
