    Happy New Years to all, and here’s to a more rational discussion on transportation in 2011. I will be spending New Years Day at Mt Rainier, away from the crowds. Needless to say, we will be driving there and not using any “public” transportation.

    Many thanks for your post on Chip; I’m very sorry that you lost him. Unfortunately, I too lost my dog Archie the day after Christmas. Your post on Chip really helped put a smile on my face during what has been a difficult time.
