    Well, according, to the, ahem, highwayman, there is a sinister conspiracy against high speed rail, which includes (according to him): me, Randal O’Toole, Wendell Cox, C. P. Zilliacus, Scott, the Koch brothers (of course) and others.

    With all these people in opposition to the two or three high speed rail proponents in the entire world, it’s easy to see why HSR fans feel overmatched. /sarcasm
